PROM UPDATE!

Hello people! :D Once again, we are here to update you about the awesome year end event we have been planning – Prom Night 2010!

a) Details and Information

Date: 20^th December 2010 (Monday)

Time: 6.00pm

Theme: Le Finale

Venue: Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur

Ticket Price: RM150 for CHS students; RM 155 for non-CHS students.

b) How To Purchase Tickets (4 SIMPLE STEPS!)

1. Any Form 5 student of CHS who wants to purchase a ticket can do so by paying the full amount of RM150.00 to their class representative for Prom. Alternatively, you can look for the Committee Treasurers:

· Ang Hui Li (5S2)

· Tee Yin Suan (5S7)

· Sonia Tan (5P3)

2. Make sure you receive an official receipt and keep it well! (For reference to obtain your invitation card)

3. Reserve your tables and seating positions from Valerie Tang of 5S2. Be quick as seats are reserved on first come first serve basis! (Kindly present your receipt as well)

4. Now all you have to do is to wait for your Prom Invitation Card!

Take note that there are only 70 tickets left for Prom, and trust us, you wouldn’t want to miss out on this once in a lifetime event!

c) WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?

You are only going to attend high school once in your life, and this is undoubtedly the best way to end high school with a blast! What’s better than a large gathering with good food, great entertainment, even greater atmosphere and most importantly, the last night to spend time with all your friends who have been with you for the past 5 years? This is definitely one last memory you’d like to keep for the rest of your life, we assure you. So DON’T MISS OUT any longer and start buying your tickets already, if you haven’t!

Ticketing Procedure Update!

Hi everyone! Amidst the World Cup fever, we are still working hard for Prom Night and as of right now, we are proud to announce that ticket sales have been going superbly well all thanks to all your support! :D However, as much as we are glad tickets have been selling like hot cakes, we have to inform all of you that Prom will only be limited to 300 persons this year unless the response is too overwhelming. So do not wait any longer if you intend to join this exciting event at the end of the year and grab your seats RIGHT NOW!

We have implemented a new ticketing system for your convenience, so please follow the steps as below (:

1. Any Form 5 student of CHS who wishes to purchase a ticket can do so by approaching their class representative for Prom with full payment of RM150.00.

2. Make sure you receive an official receipt and keep it well! (For reference to obtain your invitation card)

3. Select your sitting position from Valerie Tang of 5S2. (Kindly present your receipt and sitting positions are on first come first serve basis)

4. Now all you have to do is to wait for your Prom Invitation Card!
